IPS-EVAL-EH-01: ENERGY HARVESTING EVALUATION KIT This universal energy harvesting kit is ideal for developing and evaluating various energy harvesting solutions for self-powered applications. This kit incorporates a THINERGY® MEC201-7S (0.7 mAh capacity) device, the Maxim MAX17710 Energy Harvesting Power Management IC (PMIC) and an amorphous silicon solar panel from Sanyo/Amorton. This kit will also connect to any external (user provided) AC & DC charge sources up to 5V & 150mW. An integrated boost converter enables low voltage energy sources >200mV as charge sources. ADP-101: THINERGY Application Development Platform The ADP is a unique and comprehensive evaluation and application development tool used to demonstrate the many performance advantages of THINERGY Micro-Energy Cell (MEC) products. The ADP-101 greatly simplifies the typical lab setup for micro-battery testing and is very useful for evaluating battery performance, effectiveness of charging circuits using ambient energy harvesting, and overall system development of the user’s end application. In addition, the ADP provides data logging over a USB port, allowing the user to capture and record test data, including discharge, recharge, energy harvesting, and application emulation data. Kit includes: 3 MEC101 devices mounted on a PCB that plug into the ADP for evaluation purposes.
