Arrow–s power semiconductor line–up includes a broad offering of products for controlling, switching, monitoring, limiting, converting, distributing, and regulating power. Whether you need the low input power isolation and switching provided by solid-state relays, the efficiency and higher voltage output of switching regulators, or the precision voltage monitoring of supervisory circuits, Arrow can offer you the right power semiconductor for your application.
Arrow offers the following power semiconductors.
Designed for converting input voltage to a precise output voltage, Arrow offers both switching regulators (for power efficiency) and lower–cost linear regulator products.
Stepper motors and brushless DC motor controllers (BLDCs) are also part of Arrow´s power semiconductor line–up. We offer brushless products with H–bridge drivers for microstepping and more advanced products with temperature sense and serial control interface. Our BLDC motor controllers include either Hall–effect or back–EMF position sensors for full control of the motor speed and position.
Arrow´s power semiconductor product offerings include charge pumps that use capacitors to multiply the input voltage instead of larger, more expensive inductors found in typical DC⁄DC conversion products.
Processor Supervisory Circuits
For monitoring CPU circuit voltage and compensating for voltage drift, Arrow carries a wide selection of processor supervisory circuits.
Solide State Relays (SSRs) have been replacing Electromechanical Relays (EMRs) in many new designs and provide several advantages over EMR products including microprocessor compatibility, longer operating life, faster response times, and lower input power requirements.
These solid–state power semiconductor products are available in high–side, low–side and high⁄low combinations.
Arrow offers switching voltage regulators and standard voltage regulators in Low Drop Out (LDO) and linear variations.
For voltage monitoring and system protection, Arrow´s power semiconductor portfolio includes voltage supervisor products that can monitor up to four independent voltages and combine output into a single fault signal.
Arrow´s Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controllers are available in several switching frequencies, package types, and duty cycle variations.
